ACE has registered more than 80 faculty members with more than 70% of the member are master’s degree or PhD holders. Furthermore, ACE is registered with CPE (Committee for Private Education). The students from ACE are able to obtain the relevant higher education qualifications from various universities in the US or other countries. Internship Program

After studying through the theoretical course, students can choose either an internship to take part in or a thesis. Students on the Internship/Attachment will receive actual work experience, which is highly valued within the industry, earn a salary and future job opportunities

Career Opportunities in IT Management

Graduates in IT can find related career paths in corporate data analytics, data administration, information security administration, software application development, computer systems administration and computer network architect administration among others. Completion of the Diploma and Advanced Diploma paves the opportunity for further studies in a bachelor’s degree at ACE partner universities.

English Preparatory Program in Vietnam

In Vietnam, we provide students with the English Preparatory Program consists of 3 levels: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. At the end of the Advanced level, students will be given an examination. Pass the exam and they will be awarded certification from ACE and will gain entrance to ACE in Singapore to pursue higher studies.

IT Management Courses

This course aims to equip the students with a range of knowledge and skills in IT Management. Students will acquire knowledge in Business Intelligence Technologies and gain insight into the fundamentals of E-commerce business. They will be introduced to methods and techniques used for building complex digital systems for business and society. They will also be taught the need for innovation and rigour in the building of complex digital systems for business. Security, information privacy as well as ethics will be explored at a greater depth. Fundamentals of information technology as well as the use of Information Systems and its role in businesses will be discussed.

Diploma and Advanced Diploma

This program qualifies the students to follow a successful career in IT Management and allows them to gain the knowledge in the following fields:

  • Business Intelligence Technologies and Solutions which students will be exposed in various tools and techniques to discover, gather and analyse digital data
  • Insights in fundamentals of E-commerce Business
  • Security and information privacy

Post-Graduate Diploma:

This program aims to provide the students with knowledge and skills related to the Management of Technology. The students will acquire knowledge such as:

  • Types of Information Systems to help the students analyse and be organized in their data
  • Understanding the importance and use of: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Mobile Application, Web Graphic Design
  • Ethics will be covered in the module Technology and Cyberspace: Ethics and issues
  • Process and Workflow Management – this will give the students a knowledge about new business models that can be used for E-business
  • Information Security which has become so important today
  • Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

CHAIRMAN OF THE AB
Dr. Johnson is the International Liaison and Professor Emeritus from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls (UWRF), USA. He was the Interim Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Director of Graduate Studies of UWRF before retirement. Dr. Johnson has been with UWRF for more than 30 years. In recognition of his excellent performance, Dr. Johnson has been awarded the Outstanding Teaching Award for 1988 and 1999 in Biology. Dr. Johnson holds a B.S. from Ohio University and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.
MEMBER OF THE AB
Dr. Robert Baker is Professor Emeritus of Plant and Earth Science at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls (UWRF), and Academic Director of the Sustainable Management major. Dr. Baker received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1977. He was Associate Dean of the College of Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Science, UWRF, from 2006 to 2007. From 1987 to 1995 and from 1998 to 2006 he was the Chairman of the UWRF Department of Plant and Earth Science. He was the Chair of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Faculty Senate from 1998 to 2000.
MEMBER OF THE AB
Dr. Chan is an expert manager and teacher with a 20-year non-profit and private sector experience producing excellent results for organisations and schools. He was recognized for outstanding performance based on target achievement and teaching evaluation in international education-promoted to head of the International Section after one year as English teacher in Northwest University International School. While he was appointed the head of English Language Program of Raffles Design Institute, Tianjin, he was able to nurture six students to graduate from the Program in a novel approach under difficult circumstances. He built up the organizational capacity in delivering MBA courses and IELTS training at Zhejiang Ocean University College and Guangdong University of Science and Technology in China. He is a Ph.D holder in Comparative Education of Institute of Education, UCL.

Dr. Llanos is a Certified Organization Development Analyst from the Carlton Advanced Management Institute with a doctor’s degree in Organization Development and Transformation from Cebu Doctors’ University. Her career in education spanning two decades has led her to handle various capacities as a – trainer/facilitator, consultant, head of department, academic director, student affairs director, and lecturer in the fields of Business, Management, Organization Development, Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism, among others. Her commitment lies in making a difference while serving in the world of the academe.
